Leperchaun Miracle or just a shadow???

Hi, I was recently in my home town to help my Mom clean up after her home was destroyed by a tornado.  While we were looking around and taking pics we got a surprise.  It appears to be a Leperchaun  with his pot of  gold and he seems to change with each picture.  I know its a shadow right and shadows change depending on the sun BUT these were taken one after the other.
